Five million dinars – Yugoslavia 1993 XF/EF

This attractive Yugoslav banknote bears the image of “Black George” Karađorđe Petrović, Grand Vožd of Serbia, a leader of the first Serbian uprising against the Ottoman empire, on the front, and his residence and church on the back. Part of the 1993 “October dinar” issue, introduced at a million-to-one revaluation against the older “reformed dinar” — which didn’t fare so well, either.

This collectible banknote is in XF/EF condition, which means lightly circulated with minor corner bending and light creasing.
